Something Sweet Comes to Princeton
Jessica Johnson is the owner, baker, and decorator for Cupcake Kisses. Jessica originally baked all of her sweet treats right in her home and delivered them from there as well. She finally had her dream come true, and has branched out her services to a new storefront in Princeton which opened October 4th.
“I started making cupcakes for my kids, and that’s where the name Cupcake Kisses came about. My little one would always give me kisses right after she ate my cupcakes with icing all over her face...those were the best kisses!” said owner Jessica. That is when she decided to share her love of cupcakes with everybody else. Jessica believes that each cupcake is delivered with a little bit of love. “When I’m actually putting love into what I’m baking, that’s when I see the best things come out of my kitchen,” Jessica said.
Cupcake Kisses carries a wide range of products to suit a variety of budgets and tastes. Jessica has a huge assortment of over 50 unique flavors. Some of those include sweet tea, coconut cream pie, banana pudding, lavender honey, caramel apple pie, peppermint mocha, pumpkin gingersnap, chocolate cherry coke and more. But don’t fret, she also sells the simple flavors such as vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate. Cupcake Kisses also offers many different icing flavors.
Jessica has broadened her inventory from only cupcakes since she has started baking, though. She makes cupcake jars, which are jars that have layers of cake and icing that you can get in any cupcake flavor, sandwich cookies that you can get in flavors such as butter rum and red velvet, cake pops in flavors such as lemon and peanut butter, push-up pops in flavors such as Boston cream pie and s’mores, and giant cupcake cakes in any flavor listed. Cupcake Kisses also sells unique items including cake rolls, cupcake bouquets, poke cakes, chocolate barks, bread loafs and pies. All of the products sold at Cupcake Kisses are made from scratch and have no artificial flavoring. Cupcake Kisses offers special flavors for different holidays and offers a flavor of the month promotion.
Cupcake kisses offers all of their products for any type of event. The small business can whip up creations for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, bridal showers and any other event you may end up hosting. Jessica takes custom orders to fulfill your request.
The company’s busiest time is during the holidays. They offer many different selections directed towards holiday events. One item you can purchase is a Christmas Cake Ball tree. The tree includes up to three flavors of cake balls all arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree with a decorated star cookie on top, perfect for holiday parties.
“My company is based on the belief that our customers’ wants and needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best gourmet cupcakes around town!” Jessica has said.
