Concord University does many things to celebrate the holiday season, but the Concord University Advancement team has celebrated in its own way, with the Holiday Open House.

The Holiday Open House is a big crowd pleaser each year. There are many different festive things that are held to bring in families to this event located at University Point.

Guests are always treated to a nice warm welcome when they walk in the door. After that you have many options. You can go into the Erickson Alumni Lounge and be welcomed by Santa Clause himself and his elves. He will be ready to hear wish lists from the children as well. On top of that you will receive your own personalized picture with Santa and a treat bag from him.

If you decide to see Santa later, there will be something fun for you to do downstairs as well. There will be a special room set up to decorate your own Holiday cookie. There are many cookies to choose from. But more importantly there will be icing and fun sprinkles to add that extra holiday touch.

After you make your cookie and eat it too, head on over in the Fellowship Hall and enjoy some refreshments on behalf of Aramark. In the Fellowship Hall, you can also admire all the Christmas Trees apart of the Holiday Hall of Trees. These trees are decorated by different departments on campus.

Faculty music performances will be happening upstairs in the Wilkes Family Chapel. They will be playing and singing different holiday tunes for the audience and you can enter and leave at any time.

All ages are welcome to the Holiday Open House on December 6th at University Point from 5 to 7 P.M. Students are encouraged to attend as well!
